Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Observation Unit
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursing team
- Drive quality, safety, patient experience, and compliance
- Manage staffing, resources, and performance outcomes
- Partner with physicians and leaders to support continuous improvement
- Serve as a change leader for unit initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Florida RN license (current)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of nursing practice experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Maintains/exceeds specialty educational requirements
- Master’s Degree
- 3-5 years hospital leadership experience
- 3-5 years Medical-Surgical leadership experience
- BLS/ACLS
