Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure seamless clinical operations. Troubleshoots application issues and collaborates with clinical and IT teams to configure and tailor EMR solutions to meet operational needs.
Monitors system performance to ensure data integrity, compliance, and optimal functionality. Provides end-user training and technical support while maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and workflows.
Coordinates software updates and enhancements with vendors and internal stakeholders, and analyzes user feedback to recommend system improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.

- Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with clinical and IT teams to resolve system concerns.
- Monitor system performance to ensure compliance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Provide end-user training and technical support for EMR applications.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and process updates.
- Coordinate software updates, upgrades, and testing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze user feedback and system performance to recommend improvements and enhance functionality.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education:
- Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college/university plus 1 year of relevant work experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for experience.
- Qualifications
- 1 year of experience supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Basic knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT environments
- Experience troubleshooting application or system issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide end-user training and technical support

- Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a non-frequent driver.
