Position Overview
We’re seeking a Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This role is central to our service operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Coordinate service orders, repairs, and returns with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service timelines, product issues, and resolutions
- Maintain service records and documentation in our internal systems
- Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes
Qualifications
