This full-time, on-site Electrician Technician Instructor role is based in Phoenix, AZ. As an Electrician Technician Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students to gain the knowledge and hands-on skills needed for successful careers as electrician technicians. This includes delivering engaging lessons, providing hands-on training, supporting students in their coursework, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will also play a role in mentoring students and assisting in their professional development.
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- Experience in Sales and Student Recruiting to support enrollment efforts and promote program success.
- Background in Education with the ability to create and deliver curriculum to a diverse group of students.
- Strong organizational, instructional, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on experience and industry knowledge in electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a vocational certification, journeyman license, or relevant professional experience is highly preferred.
