We are seeking a dedicated full-time Dispatcher to join our team in a hybrid role based in Miramar, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of service requests, ensuring the timely dispatch of technicians. The role involves monitoring workflows, maintaining accurate records of service calls, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams to guarantee operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
