The purpose of this role is to train maintenance personnel on the effective use of Oracle Primavera P6 (P6) for planning and scheduling activities across multiple timeframes. This includes developing and Managing the Plan of the Day, Plan of the Week, and Plan of the Month to improve coordination, efficiency, and execution of maintenance work.

The purpose of this role is to train maintenance personnel on the effective use of Oracle Primavera P6 (P6) for planning and scheduling activities across multiple timeframes. This includes developing and Managing the Plan of the Day, Plan of the Week, and Plan of the Month to improve coordination, efficiency, and execution of maintenance work.
Duties:
- Responsibilities include instructing staff on how to build, update, and maintain schedules within P6, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and resource availability. The role will also support the scheduling and tracking of preventive maintenance (Pm) activities on a weekly, monthly and annual basis, ensuring compliance with maintenance requirements and minimizing downtime.
- Additionally, this position will assist in Scheduling, outage planning, outage management, and scheduling, leveraging P6 to coordinate complex work scopes, optimize sequencing, manage resources, tracking execution progress, and efficient completion of all outage activities.
- A key objective is to integrate and institutionalize P6 scheduling practices into the existingmaintenance program, providing guidance, standard processing, and support to ensure long-termadoption and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- P6 Schedule planning and production experience.
- US Citizenship required.
