Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a dynamic world of Ice Cream This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards in leading a team of dedicated staff.
Starting at $14 an hour PLUS GENEROUS TIPS! Working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 11:30 to 9:30. Raises are given to Motivated, friendly and dependable workers.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and Serving Customers with a friendly smile.
Maintaining a Pleasant Envrioment for our Customers.
Working as a team with your Manager.
Motivating our Great Team of Dippers.
Opening and Closing our store.
Maintain a clean store.
Skills:
We Train You in the wonderful world of ice cream.
High School Diploma.
Must have your drivers license and a reliable vehicle to drive.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
