The Scientific Project Manager will be embedded within the research team as a leader and will work closely with PIs, lab managers, and funding institutions. You will act as a central node for all project operations and scientific communication, ensuring that scientific goals are met on time and on budget and that results are shared to the highest standards of Open Science.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Comprehensive understanding of scientific research processes, familiarity with principles of open science, experience with budget and resource management
- Analytical / problem-solving skill
- Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses
- Strong track record in project management, preferably with experience in biomedical research and/or interdisciplinary or collaborative research teams
- Strong policy analysis techniques
- PhD in biomedical sciences, neuroscience, or related discipline
