Job Description/Summary:
Reporting to the Audiology Clinic Manager and Practice Administrator, the Audiologist I provides differential diagnosis of auditory function for clients, birth to 21 years of age. The Audiologist I coordinates therapeutic and educational interventions for clients.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Audiology or Audiology Clinical Doctorate.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in pediatric Audiology.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in pediatric Audiology preferred.
License Required: California Audiology Dispensing License
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skilled in the accurate assessment of auditory function of infants, preschoolers and difficult to test children.
- Skilled in counseling families.
- Flexible and sensitive to people and situations.
- Thorough knowledge of pediatric Audiology and child development issues.
- Hands on experience with electrophysiological techniques.
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic proficiency with PC's.
- Prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Rep Use of UE/Grasp: Up to 6 hrs
