We pay Base salary plus commissions
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable granite countertop options based on style, durability, and budget.
- Provide detailed product information, including fabrication processes, installation procedures, and maintenance tips.
- Assist clients in selecting slabs by interpreting schematics, shop drawings , and design plans to ensure accurate customization.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure timely processing of orders and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to facilitate smooth installation schedules and address any site-specific requirements such as plumbing or electrical considerations.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and quality assurance during the installation process.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project specifications using Bluebeam or similar construction management tools.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction concepts including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site experience.
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques for stone surfaces and related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or tile laying.
- Experience with construction estimating, inspection, or project management is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical drawings related to plumbing, electrical systems, or structural framing as they pertain to countertop installation.
