Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Milling, Extruder, Packaging position located in Minot, ND. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the milling process, operating extrusion machinery, and managing packaging operations. Daily tasks include conducting quality control checks, packaging products according to guidelines, and performing equipment maintenance. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure production targets are met and following all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Packing and Packaging Design
- Must pass Instant and Hair Follicle Drug Testing, along with a Background Check
- Proficiency in Packaging Engineering
- Ability to conduct Quality Control and perform Research
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial
