UCP Seguin is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based behavioral services and clinical oversight to youth with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and emotional or behavioral challenges in a therapeutic group home setting. In this essential role, you will complete comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and provide ongoing training and supervision to a team of Youth Support Specialists trained as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure each youth receives cohesive, individualized, and compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, modeling analytic interventions, monitoring progress through continuous data collection, providing monthly staff training, updating treatment plans as needed, and ensuring ethical, compliant service delivery. You will also participate in psychiatric consultations, document all treatment activities, and remain up‑to‑date with best practices in the field.
