UCP Staffing is looking for skilled Sheet Metal Workers of all experience levels for current and upcoming opportunities.
What Kind of Experience Are We Looking For?
We're interested in candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
- Sheet Metal Fabrication: Measuring, cutting, bending, forming, and assembling sheet metal components
- Shop Work: Operating shears, brakes, rollers, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment
- HVAC Ductwork: Fabricating or installing rectangular, spiral, and round duct systems
- Commercial Installation: Installing ductwork, fittings, hangers, supports, and ventilation systems
- Architectural Sheet Metal: Working with flashing, metal panels, roofing components, and custom metalwork
- Blueprints & Layout: Reading drawings, taking measurements, and working from specifications
- Custom Fabrication: Building specialty metal components and working on unique projects

What We're Looking For:
- Previous sheet metal or related trade experience
- Familiarity with fabrication tools, equipment, or installation methods
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
