Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 37.5
hours/week Location: North Adams, MA \$3000 sign on bonus **Clinical
Nursing Supervisor Position Overview** The Clinical Nursing Supervisor
will be an integral part of the Clinical Multidisciplinary Team for UCP
of Western Massachusetts. This position will assist with Clinical
Eligibility Intake Assessments to determine the level of risk for
members as well as provide medical review for all Intake applicants.
This position will work in collaboration with the Director of Community
Living Options as well as the Director of Family Support to ensure the
healthcare needs of the members in the programs are adequately
supported. This position will work with agency participants, family
members, and the multidisciplinary professional teams to ensure all are
adequately trained to provide healthcare support across departments.
This position is a lead trainer for all aspects of healthcare training
for all departments under Family Support. **Clinical Nursing Supervisor
Responsibilities** - Oversee and document healthcare services, medical
needs, and interventions for members, including participation in
Individual Support Plans and case conferences. - Advocate for the
optimal health of program members and coordinate medical services with
Primary Care Physicians. - Ensure medical compliance, manage treatment
plans, and maintain confidential medical files for members. - Conduct
preadmission reviews, member assessments, and develop AFC plans of
care. - Recruit, train, supervise, and support AFC caregivers, ensuring
compliance with training and care standards. - Perform quality assurance
tasks, including audits, policy reviews, and report high-profile case
issues. - Collaborate with other agencies and maintain professional
relationships to promote member care and services. - Maintain
certifications, licensure, and compliance with all safety,
confidentiality, and regulatory standards. **Clinical Nursing Supervisor
Qualifications** - Current RN licensure by the Massachusetts Board of
Registration in Nursing - 2 years recent experience in direct care of
the elderly or disabled adults. - A minimum of one- year supervisory
experience preferred. - Ability to train adult learners. - Basic
computer skills, working knowledge of remote communication such as
Zoom. - Valid driver\'s license, availability of a private vehicle,
up-to-date car insurance and proof of annual vehicle inspection. -
Satisfactory CORI, SORI, and National Fingerprint Check. - A negative
Mantoux TB test or a clear chest x-ray. **Benefits include:** - \$3000
