**Job Duties**

• Here are some of the ways our DCWs support our clients and their
  
  

unique needs.

• Personal Care (assistance with bathing/toileting/general
  
  

grooming etc.)

• Meal Preparation
• Medication Administration
• Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning personal
  
  

spaces etc.)

• General Supervision
• DCWs also can provide respite services to clients that include
  
  

similar tasks. This allows the primary caregiver (typically a family

member) to take a break from their duties while knowing their loved

one is cared for in their absence.

• Adhere to a weekly schedule with good attendance and punctuality
• Complete and maintain required certifications and trainings
• Adhere to all agency policies and requirements
