- Starting hourly wage $19.04 - wage is based by experience.
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for a Full-Time
- $750 Sign-On Bonus for a Part-Time
- Referral Bonus for employees who refer friends that result in fulfillment of a CNA position
- Shift differential $7 per hour on weeknights. $9 per hour on weekends

- Valid State of Maine driver's license.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities.
- State of Maine Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
- Bloodborne Pathogens training, First Aid/CPR certification.
