When it comes to where you work, we know you’ve got choices…here’s what we provide:
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Up to $18.25 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s)
- Position Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

Here’s what to expect as a Coordinator:
- Plan instruction & group activities that focus on developing functional, communication and social/recreational skills.
- Develop weekly schedules for staff and individuals with an emphasis on individual skill development, personal interests, and community interaction.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individual Program Plans.
- Provide information and assist individuals in self-advocacy and decision-making regarding living, work, and social relationships.
- Help the individuals in identifying their needs for community supports, and work to initiate community connections.
- Research, develop, and maintain community information, and other resources relevant to the needs of the individuals.
Minimum requirements as a Coordinator:
- 6 Months of previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Direct Care Worker Experience
- A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience
- 18 years of age
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
Preferred, but not required:
- Associates Degree, or technical certification preferred
- 2 Years or more of previous Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experience
