The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for providing HR general administrative support and customer service for the HR and Payroll Operations Center (HRPOC). Responsibilities include providing customer service support, address general inquiries, respond to system tickets, email requests and phone inquiries, provide administrative assistance with fingerprinting, new hire processing, information inquiries, employee updates, as well as other special requests.
This position also provides administrative support to the HRPOC office by researching, gathering and organizing data for confidential information for use in employee relations and labor relations bargaining. Prepare purchase orders and reconcile payments; maintain office supplies and documents; document gift card distribution log; and archive personnel and payroll records.
