In this key role, you will operate nuclear medicine equipment with expert proficiency, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient examinations that support exceptional patient care. Primary duties include:
• Provide per diem coverage during after-hours, weekends, and staff vacations or leaves.
• Conduct patient interviews, communicating clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages to explain procedures, provide reassurance, and promote a positive experience.
• Prepare, perform quality control, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceutical compounds.
• Handle, prepare, witness, and administer adjunctive medications under direct physician supervision.
• Perform patient imaging and therapeutic procedures, including computer processing and image enhancement.
Salary Range: $71.48 - $79.42/hour
