As part of the UCLA Health Center for Nursing Excellence, the Quality Improvement Healthcare Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and implementation of nursing designation activities, performance improvement initiatives, special projects, and nursing visibility/marketing efforts across the health system.
In this role, you will:
· Lead and support system-wide nursing initiatives and national designation programs.
· Collaborate with nursing leadership to design project plans, set timelines, develop teams, and assign responsibilities.
· Facilitate projects that strengthen patient outcomes and advance nursing excellence.
· Develop and track metrics, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports to demonstrate outcomes and progress.
· Serve as a project manager, facilitator, consultant, and analyst to ensure goals are effectively executed and sustained.

Salary: $116,300 - $264,600 annually
