Practice Manager - Primary, Specialty & Immediate Care Clinic, Redondo Beach

As the Practice Manager for the Primary, Specialty & Immediate Care Clinic in Redondo Beach, you will oversee administrative and clinical support functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• overseeing patient experience, access, financial and budgetary oversight
• staff human resources oversight
• clinician on/off-boarding
• care coordination and communication
• space management
• supply-chain management
• environment of care
• clinical outcomes
• medication management
• quality and safety reporting
• revenue cycle management
• policy development and deployment

Responsibilities also include, following and adhering to personnel policy and procedure, recruiting qualified personnel, partnering with Lead physician, clinic leads/supervisors, Medical Director, and Director of Operations to assure an overall effective operation.
