What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Admin Support - Primary, Specialty & Immediate Care Clinic, Redondo Beach position at UCLA Health Careers?
In this position, you will provide administrative and patient care support in the Ambulatory and Community Practice. You will assist in coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic, from registration to discharge and work as a member of the Ambulatory Care clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation.
Please note that this position has variable/rotating 8 and 12 hour shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays. You will typically work two - 8 hour shifts and two - 10 hour shifts per week. Shifts will vary as follows:
- 8am-5pm
- 7:30am-4:30pm
- 7:30am-8:30pm
- 8am-9pm
- 12pm-9pm
- 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary range: $26.42-$37.49/Hourly
