We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and support the operation, monitoring, development, and administration of the Medical School Affiliation Agreement between the County of Los Angeles and the University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Medical School Operating Agreement, currently valued at $33 million.
- Oversee daily operations and perform financial reconciliations of expenditures. Prepare financial and analytical reports as requested and provide annual expenditure reports to the Davide Geffen School of Medicine Dean’s Office-Fiscal Office.
- Responsible for all employment management for over 280 faculty members and 120 Resident Physicians at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center.
- Review and approve online transactions, including Transfer of Funds, Purchasing, Bruin Buy Plus, and SAP Concur.
- Provide UCPath training to Academic Personnel Coordinators. Supervise a team of 4 career and 5 limited staff members.

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full annual salary range for this position is $68,800.00 - $141,000.00.
