DescriptionThe incumbent in this position will provide coordination and administrative support to the Data Coordinating Core (DCC) unit within the UCLA Coordination & Evaluation Center (CEC), under the supervision of DCC co-Directors Drs. Seeman & McCreath. They will coordinate meetings, prepare, process, edit, proofread, and format meeting materials, and be responsible for preparing meeting minutes and providing administrative support for written materials such as grant applications, research reports, manuscripts, and statistical tables for a diverse audience. They will also assist in developing graphical and tabular materials and copy-edit written materials. The incumbent will support web-based communications related to DCC responsibilities, including document repositories, webinars, and conference calls. They will maintain academic and research calendars, project-specific deadlines, and report due dates, and ensure an updated library of project-related materials is maintained. Additional responsibilities include making travel arrangements, processing travel reimbursements and purchase orders, supporting DCC faculty and staff in various project development, coordination, and evaluation tasks, and ensuring adequate supplies and materials are available. The incumbent must be able to deliver high-quality products in a timely fashion, exercise excellent judgment, and work efficiently with competing demands. Salary: $22.03 - $43.68/ hour *May convert to career*
