The Cataract & Refractive Ophthalmology clinic in Westwood is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to deliver a smooth patient experience. This position will be the first point of contact for the patient visiting the clinic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Guide patients through check-in/out processes
- Process referrals and obtain authorizations
- Ensure accurate registration and insurance verification
- Schedule appointments
- Respond or route patient messages
Salary Range: $26.42-37.49. Hourly
