- Prior work experience gathering, compiling & coordinating multiple pieces of information into a final product
- Minimum one year prior administrative office experience
- Ability to read and understand medical terminology
- Ability to interpret lab reports or medical findings
- Ability to interact effectively with all level of staff and deal with a large variety of information
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of basic hospital policies and procedures
