Location: 15728 S Rt. 59, Plainfield, IL 60544
Schedule: Part-time 32 hours/week; Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9am-4pm and Thursday 9am- 1pm or 3pm-7pm alternating weeks
- Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.
- Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
- Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient. Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching.
