- Designs and maintains structure; recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Acts as liaison to ensure positive relations and teamwork.
- Independently identifies, plans, and executes organizational goals.
- Manages multimillion-dollar laboratory operations and billable tests.
- Directs all campuses and AIC labs, including LIS, POCT, QA/PI, Safety, and Education.
- Ensures adherence to laws, accreditation standards, and corporate compliance plans.
- Oversees CAP, AABB, DNV, and other accreditation requirements.
- Prepares and executes operating budgets for staffing, equipment, and supplies.
- Directs vendor, supplier, pathologist, and consultant agreements.
- Influences vendor selection and standardization at AHS corporate level.
- Drives lab business expansion and outpatient services development.
- Leads process improvement initiatives and action plans for patient care.
- Promotes team building, continuous learning, and a culture of safety.
- Supports community initiatives and ensure quality, compassionate patient care.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- Bachelor's in Chemical, Physical, Chemical lab/Medical Technology
- Master's in Business Administration
Work Experience:
- 4 years of Laboratory leadership, with oversight of a multi-hospital laboratory [Required]
- 6 years of Laboratory experience [Required]
