Systems Support Analyst Associate

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $26.41 - $39.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position requires work in UCHealth's outpatient and inpatient departments 80% of the time.

Summary:
Provides on-site and virtual support, design, and configuration for multiple clinical computer applications, with primary focus on EMR for the system.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as coaching, design, and support resource for end users with an emphasis on increasing efficiencies with use of the EHR.
• Analyzes existing workflows to promote improvements for greater efficiency in patient care.
• Provides clinical application support via onsite and virtual rounding.
• Designs, creates, and configures IT support solutions.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of relevant experience.

Preferred:

• Epic experience
