Privacy Analyst

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Memorial Admin Ctr, US:CO:Colorado Springs; Position can sit in Northern Colorado, Southern Colorado, or Denver/Metro area. Candidate must reside in Colorado.

Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Assists with the administration of the organization's Privacy program, policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Receives privacy concerns from multiple internal and external sources. Investigates privacy incidents in accordance with UCHealth policies and Privacy team internal procedures. Assists Privacy leadership and operational leaders in developing and implementing mitigation plans.
• Identifies and assesses privacy risk areas as determined by Privacy leadership.
• Works with Privacy department leadership in the development of programs and processes to manage Privacy risk. Develops process improvements to reduce risk.
• Develops and delivers education as needed to assist management in maintaining privacy compliance.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
