Pay: $52.33 - $83.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

This position will oversee the financial planning and budgetary operations within the Denver Metro Region of the health system.

Responsibilities:

• Manages budget process from initial development and planning through final approval, implementation, and ongoing review.
• Develops and manages annual budgets, monitors expenditures, and prepares financial forecasts to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Coordinates budget timelines, facilitates budget meetings, gathers input from relevant stakeholders and ensures that all budget submissions are accurate and complete.
• Collaborates closely with department heads to analyze spending patterns, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
• Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
• Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
• Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
