Summary
Leads and optimizes configuration, application, usage and data integration, management and movement within the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee data integration, movement, and usage for CRM solution initiatives. Demonstrates proficiency in the best practice execution of platform security, data integrity, analytics, and/or data movement.
- Designs, builds, and serves as the project manager for end-to-end delivery of custom applications, journeys, workflow, and data analysis/utilization projects to support CRM solution initiatives.
- Monitors and maintains software platforms. Schedules new features and releases, as well as bug fixes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams in marketing and IT for effective data schema development, data movement and management of policies and practices.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. Salesforce certification.
- 3 years of related experience in marketing analytics.
