Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our Clinical Nutrition team in a Level IIIB Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with a 55-bed capacity. As an essential member of the multidisciplinary care team, the Clinical Dietitian will provide expert medical nutrition therapy for critically ill neonates.
This is a full time position, ideal for a candidate who is passionate about neonatal nutrition, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nutrition assessments and interventions for high-risk neonatal patients.
- Create and manage parenteral nutrition orders for medically complex neonates.
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals during interdisciplinary rounds.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nutrition-related policies and protocols.
- Includes weekend and holiday coverage as needed or determined.
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition or related field.
- Required Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Relevant life support certification as determined at position level. Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in Clinical Nutrition. Strongly Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience as a neonatal RDN, or 2 years of experience as a pediatric RDN.

- CSP (Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition)
- CSPCC (Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care Nutrition)
