Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum of three years of similar or related experience.
Knowledge of Healthcare sales, marketing and relationship-building experience is preferred.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Creates and implements comprehensive marketing materials to promote UCF Health brand awareness and services provided across various platforms, for both internal and external customers
- Develops compelling content for digital, social media, print, and email marketing campaigns, for internal and external consumption
- Ensures content resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the UCF Health brand and values
- Collaborates with internal teams (service lines, clinical managers, medical directors) to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Fosters clear communication across departments to ensure alignment of marketing goals, content, and documentation creations
- Supervises the updating of practice directories and all provider rosters, individual physician bios, and unique programmatic or service line specific collateral
- Continually updates UCF Health website with current information and links
Develops and oversees promotional activities and materials for direct digital marketing and advertising activities and facilitates physician and provider relations to cultivate referral relationships with community practices and providers, targeted at specific desired areas of growth for UCF Health.
- Cultivates relationships with community practices and providers to identify future growth opportunities within the Central Florida community.
- Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine and follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls.
- Effectively targets community practices identified as important by service lines, conducting office visits to include: education on services offered; enhancement and new advances such as clinical trials; maintaining UCF Health brand (i.e., community-centered, patient-centered, leading-edge providers); offering excellent customer service; implementing new products, services and protocols; communicating opportunities, market trends, and issues to appropriate management/staff in a timely manner.
- Maintains records of physician contacts and reports regularly through service line meetings.
- Participates in planning and organizing special events, fairs, shows, meetings, workshops, and programs.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Attends a variety of meetings and participates in service line meetings
- Adheres to HIPAA guidelines/regulations/annual HIPAA training
