Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
**Job Summary:**
Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, this position provides leadership and guidance to the staff, to ensure optimal quality of care, compliance with regulations, and efficient operations of clinic services. The Clinic Supervisor will work closely with other healthcare personnel to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Education: (1) A two-year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by equipment vendors or (4) job specific skills acquired through on-the-job training or apprenticeship program.
- Work Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Serving as department supervisor of clinical frontline team and providing general oversight of clinical daily operations
- Assists in coordinating daily staffing to ensure that all positions are covered.
- Assists in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Resolve any patient issues or complaints.
- Ensures the smooth operations of all areas by keeping lines of communication open with all direct associates, physicians, other site managers and the management team.
- Provides leadership in clinical practice and acts as a resource and role model for clinical practice.
- Monitors, evaluates, and corrects staff performance relating to care/clinical practice and assists the Clinic Manager in raising the standards of the practice.
**Skills/Abilities:**
- Knowledge of medial issues and terminology
- Knowledge of the best practices for running a clinic
- Knowledge of diagnosing and treating routine illnesses.
- Knowledge of drug therapy benefits and side effects.
- Understanding clinic policies, safety precautions, infection control, and established medical procedures.
