DELIVERY DRIVER/TAKE OUT TEAM MEMBER-Uccello's Ristorante Grandville

Uccello’s Hospitality Group (UHG) is a locally owned and operated West Michigan staple, founded on Italian family values. With eight restaurants across the Greater Grand Rapids area, we are proud to create a welcoming space for everyone at our table.

Our restaurant family includes:

• Uccello’s Ristorante: Caledonia, Downtown Grand Rapids, East Beltline, Grandville, Rockford, Standale/Walker
• Herb & Fire Pizzeria: Grandville, Knapp’s Corner

We are hiring delivery drivers and take out team members at our Grandville location! Full-time and part-time positions. We offer employee discounts, paid training and flexible scheduling.

General Responsibilities:

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival whether in the restaurant or at the Delivery site.
• Engage in friendly conversation as you take care of our guests needs.
• Package all carry out orders to ensure 100% accuracy prior to leaving the restaurant.
• Deliver catering and delivery orders in a timely manner.
• Help maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for our team as well as our guests.
• Delivery Drivers assist with answering phones, portioning and cleaning in between deliveries.

The successful applicant will:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Must possess a smartphone that includes navigation tools, and possess skills to read a map, and locate addresses within our delivery area.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop or lift to 40 pounds.
• Be able to navigate steps and rough terrain, including multi-level buildings.
• Be able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Be personable, friendly, and outgoing.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay starts at $12 per hour earn $2 per Delivery AND TAKE HOME ALL CASH TIPS DAILY!!!
• Paid Weekly
• Meal Discount for each shift; meal benefits at all 8 UHG locations!
