The focus of the position is to provide administrative services to the District Office, satisfy customer service needs with respect to spare and repair parts for systems in the office’s territory, and perform other functions necessary to the efficient operation of the office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist all customers in territory, both by verbal and written communication, with regard to but not limited to spare and repair parts, in the following areas:
- handling customer service inquiries, including expediting and follow-up, tracking orders and handling requests for returns and credit;
- advising customers of current part numbers or part numbers changes, making recommendations, identifying part numbers and forwarding updated drawings when required.
- Prepare spare parts price quotations and provide lead times;
- coordinate, update and transmit blanket quotations;
- process customer orders;
- collaborate with internal stakeholders accordingly (Parts Application Specialists, Product Management, Supply Chain)
- Maintain and administer customer portal use.
- Investigate disputed accounts, as well as past due invoices.
- Obtain all available competitive information.
- Provide administrative service for the District Sales Manager and District Sales Engineer including correspondence, reports, operation of office equipment, maintenance of office supplies and travel arrangements.
- Organize and file office correspondence, records, prints, parts orders and quotations, engineering data.
- Conduct special projects and all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a technical office preferred.

Essential Physical Abilities:
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk using a computer 80% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $55,000 to $72,000 annual pay based on skills and experience
Other Compensation: Overtime Eligibility for 1 ½ times per hour for all hours worked over 40 hours in a week.
