E-Commerce Warehouse & Fulfillment ManagerLocation: On-site, Long Island (Nassau County area)About the OpportunityOur firm is representing a well-established, high-volume consumer products company seeking an E-Commerce Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to take full ownership of daily fulfillment operations. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role overseeing the entire pick, pack, and ship process for a growing direct-to-consumer business.The operation supports a diverse product mix including apparel, accessories, home goods, and food & beverage items, with a large number of customer orders processed each month. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, leads from the floor, and takes pride in running a tight, accurate, and efficient warehouse.What You’ll DoOwn the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shippingLead, train, and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates while maintaining productivity and moraleEnsure inventory accuracy, clean organization, and adherence to safety standardsMaintain exceptional packing quality and order accuracy to support a strong customer experienceAssist with the preparation and packing of high-visibility influencer and promotional shipmentsMonitor shipping accuracy, packaging standards, and carrier performancePartner with packaging and supply vendors to ensure consistent availability of materialsImplement and maintain quality control standards such as order accuracy checks, packing audits, and product condition reviewsContinuously improve workflows, solve daily operational challenges, and identify efficiency gainsWhat We’re Looking For3 years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillmentPrior supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of pick/pack workflows, inventory systems, and shipping processesExperience working with Shopify, ShipStation, and label-printing softwareComfortable using web-based systems and Microsoft ExcelHands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on your feet, handle products, and support the team as neededForklift experience is a plus but not requiredWork Environment & Physical RequirementsOn-site role in a merchandise fulfillment warehouse on Long IslandAbility to lift boxes and materials up to 60 lbsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to step into a high-impact operational leadership role where daily execution truly matters.
