About the Role
We’re hiring a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our care team on a contract basis.
You’ll work directly with members to deliver structured, clinically informed movement programming within a protocol-driven care environment. This role blends live coaching, asynchronous support, and data-driven decision making to help members stay consistent and progress safely over time.
Responsibilities
• Design and deliver personalized, clinically informed exercise programs
• Manage a panel of members and drive long-term engagement
• Monitor wearable and biometric data to guide care decisions
• Respond to trends, alerts, and engagement gaps
• Support members through in-app messaging and live sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Identify and escalate clinical concerns when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation for care and compliance
• Contribute to evolving care protocols and programming
Qualifications
• ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) or equivalent certification
• Experience working with clinical populations, especially cardiometabolic conditions
• Cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong understanding of exercise prescription and risk stratification
• Comfortable working in a data-informed, protocol-driven environment
• Experience with wearables or digital health platforms preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
