Description
Seeking an Occupational Therapist, experienced in Lymphedema Therapy, to work in our 8,000 square ft. state of the art facility, equipped with indoor and outdoor treatment areas, assistive technology, including InBody 770 and Lymphatouch unit. The Koman Family Outpatient Pavilion is designed specifically to promote ease of collaboration with our world class physicians. This position is responsible for delivery of occupational therapy services including evaluation and treatment of routine and complex patients with lymphedema diagnoses. Responsibilities will also include representing our dynamic Rehabilitation Services department to the medical and general community, demonstrating competence in the UC San Diego Health core values, and sharing your expertise with departmental staff in areas of advanced clinical care and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
Annual Full Pay Range: $134,488 - $149,125 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $64.41 - $71.42
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of California.
- BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date.
- Two (2 ) or more years of relevant experience.
- Clinical Specialist in Lymphedema
- Outpatient experience in a hospital-based setting and/or experience in a large academic medical center.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- May flex and float between sites as needed.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
