As a CT Technologist here, you will prepare and position patients, operate sophisticated CT equipment, adjust scanning parameters, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure. You will follow strict radiation safety guidelines, review images for quality, collaborate closely with expert radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills are essential to explain procedures and support patients effectively.

• Recent graduate of a school of radiologic technology.

• California Radiology Technologist of Radiography (CRT-R).

• Registered Technologist for Computed Tomography issued by ARRT (R.T(CT)(ARRT)).

• Venipuncture certification.

• BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date.

• Recent experience in a similar role and setting or new graduate of an approved radiologic technology program.

• Possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.

• California Radiology Technologist of Fluoroscopy (CRT-F).

• Two (2) years of CT experience in an acute care hospital setting.

• Prior experience in a Level I trauma center environment.

• Familiarity with imaging protocols and workflows in a comprehensive stroke center.

• Previous use of advanced CT technology and post-processing software in emergency or critical care imaging.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime, if necessary, for unexpected staffing issues.
