The full salary range for the Lead LVN is $30.99 - $39.31 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Description Percent Time Patient Care: Responsible for preparing patients for the visit with the provider and delivering patient care.
