Our team covers financial advisors and their client relationships across the Americas region to source, evaluate and execute Investment Banking opportunities from Wealth Management relationships, driving increased Firm revenue through M&A Advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising and other Corporate Finance transactions.

We’re looking for an Investment Banker to:
- assist in the origination and execution of investment banking transactions for corporate clients
- manage major workstreams of M&A, debt and equity transactions including diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliverables
- effectively work with teams of bankers across groups and other constituents (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc)
- provide critical support and input in the negotiation of transactions as required
- present to internal and external clients effectively and with confidence
- collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
- generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
- make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)

- experience in originating and executing private M&A transactions
- ability to work effectively with both corporate and wealth management clients
- strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
- demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
- undergraduate degree and MBA or JD preferred
- requisite series licensing
- strong communication, whether presenting to clients or senior executives
- proficient at managing and cultivating important client relationships
- able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross-product opportunities
