- ideally 5 years supporting senior investment leaders in asset management, private equity, or a similar environment
- impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills and judgment, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- discretion, polish, and confidence in engaging with senior executives and high-profile contacts
- a forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- powerful interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships both with UBS internal stakeholders and external contacts
- strong technical abilities, including strong written and verbal communication skills
