We’re looking for an Operations Officer who can:
- carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Market
- greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service
- create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
- maintain risk awareness
- Washington, Mt. Laurel, Baltimore: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $115000
- Hunt Valley: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $110000
Your team
You’ll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Your expertise
- ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- license required: 7, 9, 10, 66
