We’re looking for an Operations Officer who can:

• carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Market
• greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service
• create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
• maintain risk awareness
  
  

Detailed salary information:

• Washington, Mt. Laurel, Baltimore: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $115000
• Hunt Valley: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $110000
  
  

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You’ll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Your expertise

• ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• license required: 7, 9, 10, 66
