We’re looking for a Client Service Representative to:
- Assist clients with all UBS Bank USA banking product related activities, such as account opening, money movement, balance inquiries, fees, general account management
- Provide high end support to inquiries from clients, Advisors, S/WMBs, and branch staff
- Provide 360 resolution for all inquiries, including escalations and complaints
- Understand and adhere to key Risk, Fraud, and Compliance processes
- Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisor teams, key branch personnel, S/WMBs and other partners
- Educate and assist client with account features (such as money movement and account types), preferences, and digital capabilities
- Broaden and strengthen existing and new client relationships with superior service
You’ll be working in the Nashville or Weehawken office and will report to a Client Service Representative Lead.
Your Skills And Experience
- A university degree or ideally 1-2 years of equivalent experience
- Passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform work in a timely manner
- Advanced conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of UBS Bank USA products and features, general banking, and a broad understanding of financial services
