Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?

We’re looking for an Executive Team Assistant to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working with the Plaza Wealth Management team in Kansas City, MO. We provide full service wealth

management services to high net worth clients. As an Executive Team Assistant, you’ll play an important role

in helping our clients meet their financial goals.

Your expertise

• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
