We are looking for a Client Service Associate to:
Your team
You’ll be joining a team of three advisors, and a Wealth Strategy Associate. Your role will be to help strengthen client relationships with all three advisors. You will be the “front line” for client contact, client service issues, and processing the existing and new business of the team.

- keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Your team
You’ll be joining a team of three advisors, and a Wealth Strategy Associate. Your role will be to help strengthen client relationships with all three advisors. You will be the “front line” for client contact, client service issues, and processing the existing and new business of the team.
Your expertise
- series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
- ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on financial investments
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
