We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Group Data Management Office (GDMO) Graduate Talent Program.
You'll get to:
learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies, etc.
understand, document and optimize how business divisions and functions across the firm govern their critical data in line with our data management framework
analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations
understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, and product owners to advise solutions
establish strong working relationships with business and Technology stakeholders across the firm
Your team
You'll be working in the Group Data Management Office (GDMO) located in NY/NJ. They're responsible for embedding a data management culture into the firm by advocating for their strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
graduates between December 2026 and June 2027
has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above
has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn, adapt quickly, and apply technology to business challenges
can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary for this role is USD 80000 /annum.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of the Group Technology Office.
